Mark McGrath (darts Player)
Mark McGrath (born July 15, 1968) is an English-born New Zealand professional darts player. Career McGrath qualified for the 2015 PDC World Darts Championship after winning the New Zealand Qualifier. He was whitewashed 4–0 by American Scott Kirchner in the preliminary round. In 2016, McGrath claimed the New Zealand Masters and Alan King Memorial titles. McGrath qualified for the 2017 BDO World Darts Championship McGrath beat Roger Janssen 3-2 before losing 3–0 to the current World Champion Scott Mitchell. In 2018 McGrath won the Canterbury Classic and the Canterbury Open, McGrath also won The Auckland Open. McGrath also qualified for the 2018 Auckland Darts Masters he beat Michael Smith 6-4 before losing 10–4 to Raymond Van Barneveld. Scott Kirchner
Darren Scott "Scotty" Kirchner (born August 27, 1969) is a former American professional darts player who competed in the Professional Darts Corporation tournaments. Career Kirchner's first tournament win came at the 2002 Soft Tip Bullshooter World Championship where he beat James Harvey in the final. He reached the final of the Soft Tip NDA World Championship a year later but lost against Alexander Kohler. Kirchner won the event in 2008 by seeing off Stefan Nilles. He began competing in Dartslive Soft Tip events in 2012 and progressed through to the final of the Hong Kong event where Paul Lim beat him. Kirchner made amends for this a year later by claiming the title in a win over Lim. In 2014 he qualified for the 2015 World Championship by winning the World Dartslive Soft Tip Qualifier. The ''Yorkshire Evening Post'' is a daily evening publication (delivered to newsagents every morning) published by Yorkshire Post Newspapers in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. The paper provides a regional slant on the day's news, and traditionally provides close reporting on Leeds United and Leeds Rhinos as well as the Yorkshire County Cricket Club team. Glen Durrant
Glen Durrant (born 24 November 1970), nicknamed "Duzza", is an English former professional darts player who played in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. He previously won the BDO World Darts Championship three times consecutively from 2017 to 2019. He is also a one-time World Trophy, two-time World Masters and three-time Finder Darts Masters champion. After switching to the PDC in 2019, Durrant secured his maiden PDC major title by winning the 2020 Premier League. BDO Early career Although he began playing in 1985, Durrant's first major appearance was in the 2004 Winmau World Masters, where he lost out in the early stages to Dietmar Burger. Scott Mitchell (born 5 June 1970) is an English professional darts player who plays in Professional Darts Corporation tournaments. His most notable achievement was winning the 2015 BDO World Darts Championship. Darts career Early career Before he made his mark in the BDO, Mitchell qualified for the 2007 UK Open, winning his first round match 8–4 against Brian Cathcart before losing out in the second round to 2006 Lakeside World champion Jelle Klaasen. Mitchell won the England Classic and Swiss Open in 2009 which helped him qualify for the 2010 BDO World Championship as the 14th seed. However, he lost in the first round 3–2 to Northern Ireland's Daryl Gurney. Mitchell retained his Swiss Open title in 2010 and also won the Center Parcs Masters, and qualified for 2011 BDO World Championship as the 15th seed, however he was beaten in the first round 3–0 by Dutch qualifier Jan Dekker.
