Mario Fehr
Mario Fehr (born 1958 in Zürich) is a Swiss politician. As member of the Social Democratic Party of Switzerland (SP), he served in the Cantonal Council of Zürich from 1991 to 2000 and the Swiss National Council from 1999 to 2011. In 2011 he was first elected to the seven-member Executive Council of Zürich The Executive Council of Zürich (german: Regierungsrat des Kantons Zürich) is the executive organ of the canton of Zürich, in Switzerland. The National Council (german: Nationalrat; french: Conseil national; it, Consiglio nazionale; rm, Cussegl naziunal) is the lower house of the Federal Assembly of Switzerland, the upper house being the Council of States.
