Magic Bullet Records was an American independent record label specialising in punk rock, heavy metal music, heavy metal and experimental music. History Magic Bullet records was founded in 1996 by Brent Eyestone, in order to release an album by Boysetsfire, entitled ''This Crying, This Screaming, My Voice Is Being Born''. The label subsequently released over 140 recordings, including albums by Charles Manson, The All-American Rejects and This Will Destroy You. The label shut down at the end of 2017. Old Man Gloom is an extreme metal band originally formed in Santa Fe, New Mexico, but now based in Massachusetts. The group, formed by Aaron Turner of Isis and Santos Montano, expanded to become a sort of supergroup in the Boston hardcore and metalcore scene. Biography First four albums (1999–2004) In 2001, a year after the release of their first album ''Meditations in B'', the band released two albums simultaneously: '' Seminar II'' and '' Seminar III''. Jesuit was an American hardcore punk band from Virginia Beach, Virginia. Active in the mid and late 1990s, the group released twelve songs but disbanded before recording a full-length album. In 2011, Jesuit played reunion shows and released the compilation album ''Discography'', which includes remastered versions of all of the band's songs. History Original run (1995–99) Jesuit formed in 1995 with drummer Jason Howard, bassist Brett Matthews, and guitarists Nate Newton (ex-Channel) and Kelly Posadas. The band's demo, a three-song EP, was recorded by Bob Gurske and self-released on cassette. In 1996, the group released a self-titled three-song EP, produced by Kurt Ballou, on 7" vinyl through Reservoir Records. Majority Rule is an American hardcore punk band from Northern Virginia, originally active between 1996 and 2004. Integrity is a hardcore punk band originally from Cleveland, Ohio but based in Belgium since 2003. It was formed in 1988 by lead vocalist Dwid Hellion. The band plays punk, hardcore, and metal-related music, and has released nearly 50 recordings since 1988 as well as playing at hundreds of shows including numerous global festival appearances. Their sound is a mix of noise, punk, blues, hardcore and heavy metal, with influences including industrial, noise and experimental music. Doomriders is an American stoner/ sludge metal band from Boston, Massachusetts. The band has released three albums on Deathwish, Inc. The band's vocalist/guitarist Nate Newton also plays bass in Converge and guitar in Old Man Gloom. Jebb Riley formerly played bass in There Were Wires. Christie Front Drive
Christie Front Drive was an emo band from Denver, Colorado active between 1993 and 1997. The lineup consisted of Eric Richter (vocals and guitar), Jason Begin (guitar), Kerry McDonald (bass) and Ron Marschall (drums). Bands such as Superchunk, Jawbreaker, Jawbox, Buffalo Tom, and Drive Like Jehu were cited as influences. History The band released a self-titled EP and a 7-inch on Freewill Records in 1994.
