Müller is a German company producing a variety of dairy products, with headquarters in Fischach in the German state of Bavaria. Aside from its German home market, Müller is also active on various markets around Europe and beyond. It is, for example, one of the best selling yogurt brands in the United Kingdom. The company achieved a turnover of €5.7 billion in 2019 and has more than 27,500 employees. History The Müller company was founded in 1896 in Aretsried, Bavaria. In 1971, the founder's grandson Theo Müller took over as the sole owner. Through a joint venture with PepsiCo's Quaker Foods division, Müller entered the market in the United States in August 2012. The company's plant in the United States opened in Batavia, New York, in June 2013, and was the distribution hub for the United States. Müller Milk & Ingredients, formerly Robert Wiseman Dairies and later Müller Wiseman Dairies, is the largest milk supplier and distributor in Great Britain. It is part of the Müller UK & Ireland Group, owned by the German Müller family. It has eleven major dairies (in Aberdeen, East Kilbride, Glasgow, Manchester, Droitwich Spa, Bridgwater, Severnside, Foston, Market Drayton and Hanworth). The company also produces Frijj milkshake, cream, and more recently, spreadable butter. The milk business of Dairy Crest was merged into the company in December 2015, following the purchase of the business by its parent. The company now delivers milk to around 715,000 households via their Milk & More doorstep delivery business. Following completion of the sale, the company was renamed. Müller Ltd. & Co. KG (''Müller'') is a chain of retail stores with headquarters in Ulm, Germany. Between 2004 and 2019 the company was registered in London. Since 2019 it has been registered in Vaduz, Liechtenstein. History The hairdresser founded his company in Ulm on 5 March 1953. By 1968 the company had opened additional outlets in Munich and Karlsruhe. In 1976 the construction of a corporate headquarters began in Ulm-Jungingen. GMD Müller Lifts AG, known as GMD Müller, was a ropeway manufacturing company based in Dietlikon, Switzerland. GMD stands for Gerhard Müller Dietlikon. Founded in 1947 by engineer Gerhard Müller, who is credited with the invention of the modern detachable chairlift in the late 1940s, it was one of the most prolific and respected aerial lift manufacturers in skiing history. Müller Glacier
Tucker Glacier () is a major valley glacier of Victoria Land, Antarctica, about long, flowing southeast between the Admiralty Mountains and the Victory Mountains to the Ross Sea. There is a snow saddle at the glacier's head, just west of Homerun Range, from which the Ebbe Glacier flows northwestward. Exploration and naming Explored by New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition (NZGSAE), 1957–58, and named by them after Tucker Inlet, the ice-filled coastal indentation at the mouth of this glacier named by Captain James Clark Ross in 1841. The Müller Mountains () are a mountain range in Central Borneo. The mountains extend along the northern border of Kalimantan, the Indonesia-administered parts of Borneo. Müller (lunar Crater)
Müller is a Lunar craters, lunar impact crater. It was named after Austrian astronomer Karl Müller (astronomer), Karl Müller. It is located in the highlands near the center of the Moon, in the center of the triangle formed by the much larger craters Albategnius (crater), Albategnius, Ptolemaeus (lunar crater), Ptolemaeus, and Hipparchus (lunar crater), Hipparchus. To the east lies Halley (lunar crater), Halley, while to the northwest is Gyldén (crater), Gyldén. The rim of this crater is irregular and slightly oblong, with the long dimension oriented along a north–south axis. The southeastern rim is notched by two smaller craters identified as Müller A and Müller O. Perhaps the most distinctive feature of this crater is the peculiar linear formation of small craters that starts at the southern edge of Müller's rim.
