Mäki-Matti
Mäki-Matti is a district and a statistical area of Jyväskylä, Finland and a part of the Kantakaupunki ward. The statistical area contains the Nousukatu, Hippos, Rautpohja, Kyllö and Syrjälä subareas. Mäki-Matti has several services such as schools, a convenience store, a pub and a R-Kioski shop. The oldest family park of Finland is also located in the district. Mäki-Matti is the first suburb of Jyväskylä to be merged into the city, which was done in 1914. History Mäki-Matti is named after a tenant farmer named Matti Matinpoika (fl. 1806-1865), whose tenure farm was split from the Syrjälä/Taavettila farm. A hill in the area was given the name ''Mäki-Matin mäki'' after Matti and his home. Eventually the name was given to the community that had developed in the area. Osuuskauppa Mäki-Matti was founded in 1905. It was one of the first cooperative shops in Finland. Mäki-Matti was transferred from Jyväskylän maalaiskunta to Jyväskylä in 1908. Gallery File: ... Jyväskylän Maalaiskunta
Jyväskylän maalaiskunta (), 'The Rural Municipality of Jyväskylä' is a List of former municipalities of Finland, former municipality of Finland. Together with Korpilahti, Jyväskylän maalaiskunta was consolidated with Jyväskylä on 1 January 2009. It was the last municipality to carry the name maalaiskunta. Jyväskylän maalaiskunta had three population centres: Vaajakoski, Tikkakoski and Palokka. Jyväskylä Airport in Tikkakoski used to be one of the busiest in Finland. Provinces Of Finland
Between 1634 and 2009, Finland was administered as several provinces, or counties (, ). Finland had always been a unitary state: the provincial authorities were part of the central government's executive branch and apart from Åland, the provinces had little autonomy. There were never any elected provincial parliaments in continental Finland. The system was initially created by the Instrument of Government (1634), Instrument of Government of 1634 when Finland was a Finland as part of Sweden, part of Sweden. Aleksi Lehikoinen (born November 22, 1993), better known by his stage name Gettomasa, is a Canadian-born Finnish rapper. He won the Finnish battle rap championship in 2012. A consumer cooperative is an enterprise owned by consumers and managed democratically and that aims at fulfilling the needs and aspirations of its members. R-kioski
R-kioski (known as R-kiosk in Estonia) is a chain of convenience stores that is part of the Reitan Convenience division of the Reitan Group. Reitan's Eastern Nordic and Baltic portfolio includes R-kioski in Finland, R-kiosk in Estonia and in Lithuania. There are 560 R-kioski shops across Finland . Eastern European Summer Time (EEST) is one of the names of the UTC+03:00 time zone, which is 3 hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time. It is used as a summer daylight saving time in some European and Middle Eastern countries, which makes it the same as Arabia Standard Time, East Africa Time, and Moscow Time.
