Career He won one of the bronze medals in the 2019 European Wrestling Championships – Men's freestyle 79 kg, 79 kg event at the 2019 European Wrestling Championships held in Bucharest, Romania. In 2020, he won the silver medal in the men's 79 kg event at the 2020 Individual Wrestling World Cup, Individual Wrestling World Cup held in Belgrade Fortress, Belgrade, Serbia. European Wrestling Championships
The European Wrestling Championships is the second oldest international wrestling competition of the modern world and the main wrestling championships in Europe. It predates World Wrestling Championships and other regional wrestling championships and is second only to the Wrestling at the Summer Olympics, wrestling events at the Olympics. 2020 Individual Wrestling World Cup
The inaugural 2020 Individual World Wrestling Cup was held in Belgrade, Serbia from 12–18 December 2020. It was a replacement event for the 2020 World Championships, which should have taken place in the same location, but since some criteria were not fulfilled, such as not less than 8 top nations from the previous championships to participate, the event is not counted as world championships. The Cup took place amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, which caused this and other problems. The United States for instance chose not to participate.
