Mubende–Kakumiro–Kibaale–Kagadi Road
Mubende–Kakumiro–Kibaale–Kagadi Road is a road in Uganda's Central Region and Western Region, connecting the towns of Mubende in Mubende District to Kakumiro, Kibaale and Kagadi in Kibaale District. Location The road starts at Mubende, at the Mubende–Kyegegwa–Kyenjojo–Fort Portal Road, about west of the Kampala, Uganda's capital and largest city. The road continues in a northerly direction to Kakumiro, about , north of Mubende. From Kakumiro, the road turns westwards to Kibaale, and then northwestwards to Kagadi where in joins the Kyenjojo–Kabwoya Road, a distance of about from Kakumiro. Mubende
Mubende is a town in the Central Region of Uganda. It is the main municipal, administrative, and commercial center of Mubende District and the location of the district headquarters. Location Mubende is approximately , by road, west of Kampala, the capital of Uganda and its largest city. Mubende District
Mubende is a district in the Central Region of Uganda. The town of Mubende is the site of the district headquarters. The district was reduced in size in July 2005 with the creation of the Mityana District and reduced again in 2019 when Kassanda District was carved out of it. Allen Kagina
Allen Catherine Kagina is a Ugandan administrator and corporate executive. She was the executive director of the Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA). She was appointed to that position on 27 April 2015 and was made redundant on 23rd December 2024. Before that, from 2004 until 2014, she served as the Commissioner General of the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA). Background and education Kagina was born in Rukungiri District, Western Region of Uganda, in 1961 to Hezron and Catherine Kakuyo. She studied at Gayaza High School, a prestigious, private, boarding, all-girl middle and high school. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology obtained from Makerere University, Uganda's oldest and largest public university. The Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) was a government agency mandated to develop and maintain the national roads network, advise the government on general roads policy, contribute to the addressing of national transport concerns, and perform certain other functions. Kakumiro is a town in the Western Region of Uganda. It is the main municipal, administrative, and commercial center of Kakumiro District, and the district headquarters are located there.
