''Motörizer'' is the nineteenth studio album by British rock band Motörhead. It was released on 26 August 2008, their eleventh and last on the Steamhammer label. Recording Recording took place at end of 2007 and the beginning of 2008. As with all their albums since 2004's ''Inferno'', it was produced, mixed and engineered by Cameron Webb. Release Lemmy appeared on BBC 6 Music's radio programme, Bruce Dickinson's ''Friday Rock Show'' on 11 July 2008, to promote the album, playing the track "Runaround Man", which he described as: He also played "Rock Out" and "The Thousand Names of God", about which he said: The band's lead single "Rock Out" was featured as the official theme song to '' WWE Unforgiven'', and was used in the films '' Hesher'' and '' Nitro Circus: The Movie''. Motörhead
Motörhead () were an English rock band formed in London in 1975 by Lemmy (lead vocals, bass), Larry Wallis (guitar) and Lucas Fox (drums). Lemmy was also the primary songwriter and only constant member. The band are often considered a precursor to the new wave of British heavy metal, which re-energised heavy metal in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Though several guitarists and drummers have played in Motörhead, most of their best-selling albums and singles feature drummer Phil "Philthy Animal" Taylor and guitarist "Fast" Eddie Clarke. Motörhead released 23 studio albums, 10 live recordings, 12 compilation albums and five EPs over a career spanning 40 years. Usually a power trio, they had particular success in the early 1980s with several successful singles in the UK Top 40 chart. The Wörld Is Yours
''The Wörld Is Yours'' is the twentieth studio album by British rock band Motörhead, released on 14 December 2010 as an exclusive edition, and a month later on 17 January 2011 as a standard release. It is dedicated by Lemmy to Ronnie James Dio who had died from cancer seven months earlier. It is the first album with the UDR GmbH label of Germany and distribution by the EMI label in most territories, as Motörhead Music makes a comeback in production also. Recording The album was first released as an ecolbook, part of a special edition of Future PLC's ''Classic Rock'' magazine, which featured interviews with the band and the band's history. The standard CD release of ''The Wörld Is Yours'' was released worldwide several weeks later through Motörhead's own label, Motörhead Music, distributed by EMI Label Services. Mikkey Dee
Micael Kiriakos Delaoglou (born 31 October 1963), known professionally as Mikkey Dee, is a Swedish musician, best known as the last drummer for British heavy metal band Motörhead from 1992 until its dissolution in 2015. Dee also played temporarily in the German metal band Helloween in 2003. In September 2016, he became German rock band Scorpions new drummer as a permanent member. Dee is famous for lengthy drum solos, often lasting between five and fifteen minutes. Some notable examples include those that appear in ''Sacrifice'', ''In the Name of Tragedy'', and ''The One to Sing the Blues.'' In addition he also played with King Diamond from 1985–1989. Phil Campbell (musician)
Philip Anthony Campbell (born 7 May 1961) is a Welsh rock musician, best known as the lead guitarist in Motörhead from 1984 to 2015. The band disbanded upon the death of founder and frontman Lemmy. He currently tours with his own band Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons, featuring his three sons: Todd, Dane and Tyla. Early life and career Campbell was born in Pontypridd, and started playing guitar when he was 10 years old, inspired and influenced by guitarists such as Jimi Hendrix, Black Sabbath's Tony Iommi, Led Zeppelin's Jimmy Page, Jan Akkerman, Michael Schenker and Todd Rundgren. At the age of 12, Campbell met Lemmy after a Hawkwind gig and asked him for an autograph. By the age of 13, Campbell was playing semi-professionally with a cabaret band called Contrast. Three Crowns ( sv, tre kronor, links=no) is the national emblem of Sweden, present in the coat of arms of Sweden, and composed of three yellow or gilded coronets ordered two above and one below, placed on a blue background.
