Moisés Calleros
Moisés Calleros (14 May 1989 - 1 March 2024) was a Mexican professional boxer. On 26 February 2017 Calleros lost by split decision to Tatsuya Fukuhara for the interim World Boxing Organization minimumweight title. On 18 March 2018 Calleros challenged Ryuya Yamanaka for the World Boxing Organization minimumweight title, losing by 8th round technical knockout. On 23 October 2020 Calleros fought Julio Cesar Martinez, losing by 2nd-round technical knockout; Calleros was supposed to challenge Martinez for the World Boxing Council flyweight title, but came into the fight overweight. Calleros was found dead by his wife on 1 March 2024. Galal Yafai
Galal Yafai (; born 11 December 1992) is an English professional boxer. He has held the WBC interim flyweight title since November 2024. As an amateur, he won a silver medal at the 2017 European Championships; gold at the 2018 Commonwealth; bronze at the 2019 European Games; and gold at the 2020 Olympics. Early life Yafai was born to Yemeni parents. He is the younger brother of boxers Kal Yafai and Gamal Yafai. Mario Rodríguez (boxer)
Mario Rodríguez (born 6 October 1988) is a Mexican former professional boxer who has held the IBF mini flyweight title from September 2012 until March 2013. He is also the first world boxing champion from the city of Guasave. Professional career In July 2011, Rodríguez won a ten round unanimous decision over undefeated Mexican, Manuel Jiménez to win the interim NABF Strawweight Championship. IBF Strawweight Championship On 1 September 2012 Rodríguez upset the undefeated Nkosinathi Joyi to capture the IBF strawweight title. This bout was held at the Auditorio Benito Juárez, in Guadalajara, Mexico. Rodríguez retired in June 2019 following the shooting death of his trainer and became a trainer himself. José Argumedo
José Eduardo Argumedo Barraza (born 14 October 1988) is a Mexican professional boxer who held the IBF mini flyweight title from 2015 to 2017. Career Argumedo worked as a baker and a taquero prior to becoming a boxer. He was trained by Lorenzo Bermúdez as an amateur and as a professional by Eddie Reynoso, the latter also trains Canelo Álvarez. As an amateur, Argumedo medaled at the National Olympiad. Argumedo currently owns a taquería in his hometown of Tepic. Argumedo made his pro debut on August 27, 2010, losing to Oswaldo Novoa on points.
