Mohammed Alhassan (born 5 June 1992) is a Ghanaian footballer who plays as a defender for Hearts of Oak and Ghana. Club career Alhassan began his career at West African Football Academy. In 2015, he was promoted to the senior side, where he immediately became one of the reliable centre-backs. He made his senior debut on 20 February 2016, starting a league match against Kumasi Asante Kotoko. He played the full match as WAFA won by 2–0. He went on to play 26 league matches that season, with WAFA placing ending the season in second place, their highest ever rank. The following season, 2017 season, he played 10 league matches. After the departure of Gideon Waja, he was appointed as the club's captain for the 2018 season. Robert Addo Sowah (born 5 December 1993) is a Ghanaian professional footballer who last played as a defender for Ghanaian Premier league side Accra Hearts of Oak. Sowah came through the Uncle 'T' United youth academy. He began playing senior football with Uncle 'T' United until 2016. In 2017, Addo joined Accra Hearts of Oak. At Hearts of Oak, he played over 100 matches in all competitions and won five trophies. 2020–21 Ghana Premier League
The 2020–21 Ghana Premier League is the 65th season of top professional association football league in Ghana. The season started on 14 November 2020. 18 teams were competing in the league with each club playing each other twice, home and away, with the three clubs at the bottom of the league relegated to the Division One League. Hearts of Oak became champion for the first time since twelve years. The Ghana Premier League is the top professional association football league in Ghana organized by the Ghana Football Association and formed in 1958 to replace a previous league incarnation, the Gold Coast Club Competition which ran from 1933 to 1953–54. 2022 African Nations Championship Qualification
The 2022 African Nations Championship qualification was a men's association football, football competition which decided the participating teams of the 2022 African Nations Championship. Overtime (OT) or extra time (ET) is an additional period of play to bring a game to a decision and avoid declaring the match a tie or draw where the scores are the same. The Accra Sports Stadium, formerly named the Ohene Djan Stadium, is a multi-use stadium (40,000-capacity, all-seater) located in Accra, Ghana, mostly used for association football matches.
