Mlađan Đorđević (; born 1963) is a Serbian politician and businessman who served as an Advisor for Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija, Kosovo and Metohija to the 3rd President of Serbia, Boris Tadić as well as the Minister without portfolio (Serbia), Deputy Minister without Portfolio in charge of the Ministry of National Investment Plan (Serbia), National Investment Plan from 2007 to 2008. He has been described as a man with strong ties to Russia and the factions of the Serbian Orthodox Church. Biography Early life Đorđević was born in 1963 in Prizren which at the time was a part of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. He graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade. He was among the organizers of 1992 student demonstrations against Slobodan Milošević and he had an opportunity to meet with Milošević as well. Minister Without Portfolio (Serbia)
Minister without portfolio () is a minister in the Government of Serbia with no particular ministry but who has some specific responsibilities. The office was usually held simultaneously by several people at the same time (in the second cabinet of Mirko Marjanović there were ten Ministers without portfolio at one point). The current Ministers without portfolio, by date of assuming office, are namely: Novica Tončev (since 28 October 2020), Đorđe Milićević (since 26 October 2022), Usame Zukorlić (since 2 May 2024), Nenad Popović (since 2 May 2024) and Tatjana Macura (since 2 May 2024).
