Miroslav Škoro Homeland Movement
The Homeland Movement (; abbr. DP), previously known as Miroslav Škoro Homeland Movement (; abbr. DPMŠ) until February 2021, is a nationalist and right-wing populist political party in Croatia. The DP was founded by Croatian singer, former Croatian Democratic Union MP, and 2019–20 presidential election candidate, Miroslav Škoro, on 29 February 2020. History On 29 February 2020, Miroslav Škoro, a former MP who stood in the recent presidential election, confirmed to the media the formation of a new party, four and a half months before the parliamentary elections. The DP tried to form a broad right-of-centre coalition for the upcoming election. They negotiated with the Bridge, but no agreement was reached. Miroslav Škoro
Miroslav Škoro (; born 29 July 1962) is a Croatian politician, musician, TV host and former diplomat. He is the founder and the first president of the conservative Homeland Movement party, which he established in February 2020 and led until July 2021. As a musician, Škoro is best known for using the traditional Slavonian tamburica instrument in most of his compositions. In the 2007 parliamentary election he was elected member of the Croatian Parliament for the Croatian Democratic Union party and held the office from January 2008 until his resignation in November of the same year. On 23 June 2019, he announced that he would contest the December presidential election as an independent candidate. He ended up finishing in third place with 24.45% of the vote – behind former prime minister Zoran Milanović (who ultimately won the election) and incumbent president Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović, and thus did not advance to the run-off in January 2020. Law And Justice (Croatia)
Law and Justice () is a populist political party in Croatia. It was founded as a merger of The Key of Croatia (KLJUČ, formerly known as Human Shield), Let's Change Croatia (PH) and the Independent List of Mislav Kolakušić. The souverainist party seeks to fight against corruption, globalization, immigration and "gender ideology". It shares the name and a similar brand to that of the Polish Law and Justice party. The party's president is Mislav Kolakušić, while the leaders of former parties that merged into PiP, Ivan Vilibor Sinčić (KLJUČ) and Ivan Lovrinović (PH) are Vice Presidents. 2024 Croatian Parliamentary Election
Parliamentary elections were held in Croatia on 17 April 2024 to elect the members of the 11th Sabor. Prior to the elections, the government consisted of a coalition of the Croatian Democratic Union and Independent Democratic Serb Party, with parliamentary support of five national minority MPs, two MPs from the Croatian Social Liberal Party and Croatian Demochristian Party, and one independent MP, Silvano Hrelja. The ruling centre-right HDZ won the most seats for the fourth straight election, defeating the centre-left Rivers of Justice alliance. Vukovar (; sr-Cyrl, Вуковар, , ) is a city in Croatia, in the eastern Regions of Croatia, regions of Syrmia and Slavonia. Green List (2017)
The Green List ( Croatian: ''Zelena lista'' or ZL) is a green political party in Croatia. It was founded in 2017 prior to 2017 local elections in which they run in coalition with Bandić Milan 365 – Labour and Solidarity Party. In addition to their green politics, the party is Christian Democratic compared to other green parties in the world. History Green List was founded in 2017 by graduate engineer in agronomy Nenad Matić, ex member of Croatian Peasant Party. The Croatian Sovereignists () are a conservative and Christian right-wing political party in Croatia. The party was founded in 2019 and is led by Marijan Pavliček. 2020 Croatian Parliamentary Election
Parliamentary elections were held in Croatia on 5 July 2020.
