The ''Diario Oficial'' is the official journal of the Government of Colombia that contains the laws, decrees, acts, and most pertinent documents and public notices of the President, Congress, and government agencies of Colombia. It is a daily (except Public holidays in Colombia, holidays) publication, and was established on 28 April 1864 by means of an executive decree issued by President of Colombia, President Manuel Murillo Toro; its first issue appeared on 30 April 1864, publishing the legal information of the day before. Luis Carlos Reyes Hernández (born May 4, 1984) is a Colombian economist, professor, researcher and politician who has served Minister of Commerce, Industry and Tourism from 2024 to 2025 under President Gustavo Petro. Gustavo Petro
Gustavo Francisco Petro Urrego (; born 19 April 1960) is a Colombian politician who is the 34th and current president of Colombia since 2022. Upon inauguration, he became the Pink tide, first left-wing president in the History of Colombia, recent history of Colombia. Iván Duque Márquez (; born 1 August 1976) is a Colombian politician and lawyer who served as the president of Colombia from 2018 to 2022.
