Biography Born in Hamilton, Victoria, he attended local schools and worked in a local store, which he managed from 1975 to 1982 before becoming managing director until 1984. Andrew John McIntosh (born 5 April 1955) is an Australian politician. He was a Liberal Party member of the Victorian Legislative Assembly from 1999 to 2014, representing the seat of Kew.
