Hynek Kmoníček
Hynek Kmoníček (born 22 October 1962) is a Czech diplomat and the current Czech Ambassador to Vietnam. Previously, Kmoníček served as foreign policy advisor of the President Miloš Zeman, and held ambassadorial posts including Czech Permanent representative to the United Nations in New York and subsequently as Ambassador to India, Australia, and the United States. Early life and education Kmoníček was born in Pardubice, then Czechoslovakia, in 1962. He graduated from the University of South Bohemia with a master's degree in classical guitar and pedagogy, and later earned degrees in English language studies and Classical Arabic studies from Charles University. He also completed a post-graduate program in the modern history of the Middle East at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Young Jewish Leaders in Diaspora, Rothberg Overseas Program). Petr Pavel
Petr Pavel (; born 1 November 1961) is a Czech politician and retired army general, currently serving as the president of the Czech Republic since March 2023. Prior to this, he held the position of Chairman of the NATO Military Committee from 2015 to 2018, and served as the Chief of the General Staff (Czech Republic), Chief of the General Staff of the Czech Armed Forces between 2012 and 2015. Born in Planá (Tachov District), Planá to a military family, Pavel enlisted right after graduating from military academy in 1983. He served in the Czechoslovak People's Army and joined the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia in 1985. Plzeň
Plzeň (), also known in English and German as Pilsen (), is a city in the Czech Republic. It is the Statutory city (Czech Republic), fourth most populous city in the Czech Republic with about 188,000 inhabitants. It is located about west of Prague, at the confluence of four rivers: Mže, Úhlava, Úslava and Radbuza, together forming the Berounka River. Czech University Of Life Sciences Prague
Czech University of Life Sciences Prague (CZU; (), ČZU; also Czech University of Agriculture in Prague) is a university of agricultural education and research in Prague, the Czech Republic, established in 1906. History Studies of agriculture were established at the Czech Technical University (ČVUT) in 1906, and the first agricultural engineers graduated in 1911. In 1920 the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry was established, and in 1952 the faculty became an independent institution, University College of Agriculture in Prague (; VŠZ). In 1966 it moved to a newly built campus in Prague- Suchdol, where it has been located since.
