Miloje Milojević (Serbian Cyrillic: Милоје Милојевић; 27 October 1884, Belgrade – 16 June 1946, Belgrade) was a Serbian composer, musicologist, music critic, folklorist, music pedagogue, and music promoter. Biography The father of Miloje Milojević, Dimitrije, an apparel merchant, was born in the village of Dedina near the town of Kruševac. His last name was in fact Đorđević, but according to the custom at the time, he adopted a surname based on his father's first name. Dimitrije Milojević was rather musically gifted, being self-taught in playing the flute. The mother of Miloje Milojević, Angelina, was born in Belgrade, in the Matić clerk's family. Dejan Milojević ( sr-Cyrl, Дејан Милојевић; 15 April 1977 – 17 January 2024) was a Serbian professional basketball player and coach. At the time of his death, he was an assistant coach for the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Standing at , Milojević played professionally as a power forward from 1994 until 2009, appearing for the FR Yugoslavia / Serbia and Montenegro league teams Beovuk, FMP, Budućnost and Partizan, as well as for Pamesa Valencia in Spain, and Galatasaray in Turkey. Vladan Milojević (; born 9 March 1970) is a Serbian professional football manager and former player. He is currently the head coach of Serbian Super League team Red Star Belgrade. Playing career Born in Aranđelovac, Milojević joined the youth system of Red Star Belgrade in 1986, before making his senior debuts with Bečej. He then spent three seasons with Radnički Beograd (1990–1993), playing together with Darko Tešović and Zdenko Muf. Milojević has a career high ATP singles ranking of No. 125, which he achieved on 21 February 2022. He also achieved a career high ATP doubles ranking of No. 252 on 18 February 2019. Miloš Milojević (; born 29 September 1982) is a Serbian football coach and former player. He currently manages UAE Pro League club Sharjah. Playing career As a youngster, Milojević was part of the academies of Radnički Niš and Red Star Belgrade. From his senior debut in 2000, he played in the Serbian First League and Serbian League, the domestic second and third tiers, mainly for FK Timok. He also played for Timok in the 2005–06 Serbia and Montenegro Cup, eliminating Partizan in the first round. Nemanja Milojević ( sr-Cyrl, Немања Милојевић, ; born 23 February 1998) is a Greek professional footballer who plays as a winger for Čukarički. Goran Milojević (; born 6 December 1964) is a Serbian football manager and former player. Club career Born in Aranđelovac, SR Serbia, SFR Yugoslavia, Milojević played as an attacking midfielder for both major clubs in his country, Belgrade's Red Star and FK Partizan, winning the 1988–89 Yugoslav Cup with the latter and scoring in the final against Velež Mostar, a 6–1 win. Miloš Milojević (lawyer)
Miloš S. Milojević ( sr-Cyrl, Милош С. Милојевић; 16 October 1840 – 24 June 1897) was a Serbian lawyer, writer and politician. His work has been described as "at a ridge between history and literature", mostly for his travel-recording genre. Biography Miloš S. Milojević, son of a parish priest, was born at Crna Bara in Mačva, Serbia, on 16 October 1840. He graduated with a law degree from Belgrade's Velika škola in 1862; studied philosophy, philology and history at the University of Moscow, from 1862 to 1865. His professor was Osip Bodyansky. He didn't wait to graduate and in 1866 Milojević returned to Serbia to work for the government judicial system, and later taught at high schools in Valjevo, Belgrade and Leskovac. He died in Belgrade on 24 June 1897. He was buried in Novo Groblje.
