Mikal Cronin
Michael "Mikal" Patrick Cronin (born December 26, 1985) is an American musician and songwriter. He has released four solo albums and several singles. Cronin was a member of the bands Okie Dokie, Epsilons, Party Fowl and The Moonhearts, Moonhearts, and is a regular and longtime member of Ty Segall's live band, contributing bass guitar, backing vocals and saxophone; he has also released an album and a single in collaboration with Segall. Cronin earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in music from California Institute of the Arts. Haldern Pop
Haldern Pop is an annual German open air music festival, first held in 1984. It takes place in Rees, Germany, Rees-Haldern (North Rhine-Westphalia). Focus The Haldern Pop Festival cannot be limited to one genre. The focus ranges from experimental metal, punk and indie-pop to jazz, classical concerts and German folk music. Played on several stages in the village of Haldern. Next to the main stage, a mirror tent on the festival grounds will be used for the performances. The other stages are the pub "Haldern Pop Bar", the St. Georg church, a youth center and a recording studio in the village. History The festival started as an annual party on the premises of Haldern's Old Riding Arena organized by local altar servers. During the first years (1981–1983), music was played from records only. ''Harmonizer'' is the thirteenth studio album by the American garage rock musician Ty Segall, released on August 3, 2021, on Drag City Records. Co-produced by Segall and Cooper Crain, the album's initial digital release was a surprise, with physical copies following in October 2021. The album features contributions from Denée Segall, who co-wrote and sings lead vocals on "Feel Good", and the members of Segall's backing band, the Freedom Band: Mikal Cronin (bass), Charles Moothart (drums), Emmett Kelly (guitar) and Ben Boye (keyboards). ''Drop'' is the fifteenth studio album by American psychedelic rock band Thee Oh Sees, released on April 15, 2014 on Castle Face Records.
