Mihailo Petrović (basketball)
Mihailo Petrović (Serbian Cyrillic: Михаило Петровић; ǐxailo pětroʋitɕ born 23 February 2003) is a Serbian college basketball player for the Illinois Fighting Illini of the Big Ten Conference. He previously played for Mega Superbet in the ABA League. In April 2025, he was named MVP of round 28 after recording 28 points and 13 assists in an 88–83 victory over Cibona. He has committed to the University of Illinois for the 2025–26 NCAA season. Early life and youth career Born in Prokuplje, Petrović rose through the youth ranks of Partizan before loan spells with Dunav and Borac Čačak. He also represented Serbia at youth international levels, including the U16, U19, and U20 European Championships, and debuted for the senior national team during the EuroBasket 2025 qualifiers. Point Guard
The point guard (PG), also called the one or the point, is one of the Basketball positions, five positions in a regulation basketball game. A point guard has perhaps the most specialized role of any position and is usually the shortest player on the court. Point guards are expected to control the pace of the game. They effectively "run" the team's offense by controlling the ball and making sure that it gets to the right player at the right time. Generally, point guards are expected to be proficient in passing the ball and being able to get Assist (basketball), assists to teammates. In a pick and roll offense, the point guard typically moves off of screens to facilitate the ball to a Power forward, big. Likewise, point guards can also shoot off of screens if given separation. Fudbalski klub Borac 1926 (), commonly known as Borac Čačak, is a professional football club based in Čačak, Serbia. The home ground is Čačak Stadium, which has seating capacity of 8,000. As of 2024–25 season, the club competes in second tier Serbian First League. The word Borac in translation means ''fighter'' in English. Mainly because of the horizontal stripes, Borac's nickname is "Zebras". History At the end of World War I, football began to be played in Čačak.
