Miguel Ángel Ponce
Miguel Ángel Ponce Briseño (born 12 April 1989), also known as Pocho, is a professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Empire Strykers in the Major Arena Soccer League. Born in the United States, he played for the Mexico national team. He is an Olympic gold medalist. Early life Ponce moved with his family from Sacramento to Guadalajara before he was 1, then to Tijuana when he was 10 to enable visits from his father, who worked building bridges in California. Wanting his son to learn English, his father arranged for him to use a friend's address in San Ysidro, San Diego as a base to attend US schools. The 2011 Pan American Games, officially the XVI Pan American Games () and commonly known as Guadalajara 2011, were an international multi-sport event held from October 14–30, 2011, in Guadalajara, Mexico. Some events were held in the nearby cities of Ciudad Guzmán, Puerto Vallarta, Lagos de Moreno and Tapalpa. The United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) is an American for-profit soccer league that was founded in Santa Ana in Southern California, with teams in regionalized conferences throughout the United States, and recently Canada and Mexico. The league was founded in 2011 by Santa Ana Winds President Leonel López as a regional league for teams in Greater Los Angeles, but expanded to include 400 teams from 41 states as of the 2022 season. Two seasons are played each year, with regional play culminating in a playoff system that crowns a single national champion each season. José Cardozo
José Saturnino Cardozo Otazú (; born 19 March 1971) is a Paraguayan football manager and former footballer who played as a striker. Known for his prolific scoring ability, Cardozo spent most of his playing career with Deportivo Toluca, where he became the club's all-time leading scorer and won four league titles. He would go on to become the club's head coach from 2013 to 2016. Cardozo ranks as the fourth-highest scorer in the history of the Mexican football league. Atlas F
The SM-65F Atlas, or Atlas-F, was the final operational variant of the Atlas missile, only differing from the Atlas E in the launch facility and guidance package used. It first flew on 8 August 1961, and was deployed as an operational ICBM between 1961 and 1966. Following retirement as an ICBM, the Atlas-F, along with the Atlas-E, was refurbished for orbital launches as the Atlas E/F. San Ysidro ( Californio Spanish for for " St. Isidore", ) is a district of San Diego, California, immediately north of the Mexico–United States border.
