Michał Marcjanik
Michał Piotr Marcjanik (born 15 December 1994) is a Polish professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Ekstraklasa club Arka Gdynia. Club career Empoli Loan to Carpi After joining Empoli in the summer of 2018, he remained on the bench for every Serie A game in the first half of the season. On 31 January 2019, he joined Serie B club Carpi on loan until the end of the season. Loan to Wisła Płock On 1 July 2019, Marcjanik was loaned out to Wisła Płock for the 2019–20 season. Return to Arka Gdynia On 9 August 2020, he signed a three-year contract with Arka Gdynia. Gdynia
Gdynia is a city in northern Poland and a seaport on the Baltic Sea coast. The 2015–16 I liga is the 8th season of the Polish I liga under its current title, and the 68th season of the second highest division in the Polish football league system since its establishment in 1949. The league is operated by the Polish Football Association (PZPN). The league is contested by 18 teams. The regular season was played in a round-robin tournament. The season began on 1 August 2015, and concluded on 6 June 2016. After the 19th matchday the league will be on winter break between 6 December 2015 and 3 March 2016. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 110 matches have been played with a limited number of spectators. Polish Super Cup
The Polish Super Cup (, ) is an annually held match between the champions of the Ekstraklasa and the Polish Cup winners or, if the Ekstraklasa champions also win the Polish Cup, the Cup's runners-up. As of 2024, the Polish Super Cup has been played 34 times. The most successful club is Lech Poznań, who won 6 times. The most common participant has been Legia Warsaw, as they have played sixteen final games and lost their eight following finals between 2012 and 2021. Unlike the Polish Cup, there is no extra time played in the competition, therefore in case of a draw after regular time, the match goes straight into a penalty shoot-out. Jagiellonia Białystok are the current holders of the trophy.
