Michael Stemmle
Michael J. Stemmle (born 1967) is a computer game writer, designer, and director who cocreated some of LucasArts' adventure games in the 1990s and early 2000s. He joined LucasArts after graduating from Stanford University, where he honed his comedy skills writing halftime shows for the Stanford Band and skits for the annual stage musical ''Big Game Gaieties''. After 14 years at LucasArts, he left following the 2004 collapse of '' Sam & Max Freelance Police'' and after a period of freelancing, joined Perpetual Entertainment, working as Story Lead for Star Trek Online. In February 2008, he joined a number of other ex-LucasArts employees at Telltale Games. He had worked on the first version of The Wolf Among Us before it was redesigned, and contributed to Tales from the Borderlands before he left Telltale Games in May 2014. San Diego Comic-Con International is a comic book convention and nonprofit multi-genre entertainment event held annually in San Diego, California since 1970. The name, as given on its website, is Comic-Con International: San Diego; but it is commonly known simply as Comic-Con or the San Diego Comic-Con or SDCC. The convention was founded as the Golden State Comic Book Convention in 1970 by a group of San Diegans that included Shel Dorf, Richard Alf, Ken Krueger, Ron Graf, and Mike Towry; later, it was called the "San Diego Comic Book Convention", Dorf said during an interview that he hoped the first Con would bring in 500 attendees. Indiana Jones And The Fate Of Atlantis
''Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis'' is a point-and-click adventure game developed and published by LucasArts and originally released on June 1, 1992 for Amiga, DOS and Macintosh. Almost a year later, it was reissued on CD-ROM as an enhanced "talkie" edition with full voice acting and digitized sound effects. The seventh game to use the script language SCUMM, ''Fate of Atlantis'' has the player explore environments and interact with objects and characters by using commands constructed with predetermined verbs. It features three unique paths to select, influencing story development, gameplay and puzzles. The game used an updated SCUMM engine and required a 286-based PC, although it still runs as a real-mode DOS application. The CD talkie version required EMS memory enabled to load the voice data.
