Michael Cheek
Michael Cheek (born 23 August 1991) is an English professional footballer who plays as a striker for EFL League Two side Bromley F.C., Bromley. Career Early career Cheek began his senior career with Stanway Rovers F.C., Stanway Rovers. After playing for the reserves in the 2007–08 season, Cheek made his senior debut in October 2008. Cheek played for Marks Tey in the Colchester & East Essex League between 2009 and 2011. He re-joined Stanway, where he scored 34 goals in 60 games in all competitions, before signing for Heybridge Swifts F.C., Heybridge Swifts in May 2012, alongside teammates Ben Newson and Russell Malton. Solihull ( ) is a market town and the administrative centre of the Metropolitan Borough of Solihull, in the West Midlands, England. The 2024 National League play-off final, known as the Vanarama National League Promotion Final for sponsorship reasons, was an association football match played on 5 May 2024 at Wembley Stadium, London, between Bromley and Solihull Moors. The match determined the second and final team to gain promotion from the National League, the fifth tier of English football, to EFL League Two. The champions of the 2023–24 National League season gained automatic promotion to EFL League Two, while the teams placed from second to seventh took part in the play-offs; Barnet finished in second position while Solihull Moors finished in fifth position. The 2022 FA Trophy Final was an association football match played at Wembley Stadium, London, on 22 May 2022. It was contested between National League teams Wrexham and Bromley. The match decided the winners of the 2021–22 FA Trophy, a knockout tournament comprising clubs from teams at levels 5–8 of the English National League System. It was Wrexham's third appearance in the final and the second for Bromley. Bromley won the match 1-0 therefore claiming the trophy for the first time. 2020–21 National League
The 2020–21 National League season, known as the Vanarama National League for sponsorship reasons, was the sixth season under English football's new title of the National League, the seventeenth season consisting of three divisions, and the forty-second season overall. Jack Midson
Jack William Midson (born 12 September 1983) is an English semi-professional footballer who plays as a forward for club Lordswood. Midson was the 2011–12 League Two joint top scorer, along with Izale McLeod, Lewis Grabban and Adebayo Akinfenwa, with 18 goals and scored 20 goals in all competitions during the 2011–12 season for AFC Wimbledon, finishing the season as their top scorer.
