Mentougou, Beijing
Mentougou District () is a district of the city of Beijing. It is at the western part of the city. Spanning , with 392,606 inhabitants (2020 Census), it is subdivided into 4 subdistricts and 9 towns. It borders the Beijing districts of Changping to the northeast, Haidian and Shijingshan to the east, Fengtai to the southeast, and Fangshan to the south, as well as Hebei province to the west and northwest. It lies in the Western Hills of Beijing and is mountainous in terrain. In fact, the mountainous terrain—including a hundred or more peaks—occupy a stunning 93% of the entire area. Tourism Mentougou District is gaining popularity as a tourist destination. Among its main sights are Jietai Temple, Tanzhe Temple, Longmen Gully (or Canyon), Mount Baihua, Mount Ling (the highest mountain in Beijing at 2,303 metres), Mount Miaofeng, and Cuandixia Village. 6th Ring Road
The 6th Ring Road () is an expressway ring road in Beijing, China, which runs around the city approximately from the center of the city. The 6th Ring Road is approximately long. The road is numbered G4501 and is considered a peripheral segment of the G45 Daqing-Guangzhou Expressway. The Sixth Ring Road was opened for regular traffic on 12 September 2009. Longquan Town () is a town that lies on the eastern side of Mentougou District, Beijing, China. It borders Miaofengshan and Junzhuang Towns to the north, Wulituo and Guangning Subdistricts to the east, Yongding and Tantuo Towns to the south, Yongding and Wangping to the west. Yongding Town () is a town that the southeastern corner of Mentougou District, Beijing, China. It borders Longquan Town, Dayu and Guangning Subdistricts in the north, Gucheng Subdistrict in the east, Wangzuo Town and Beigong Town in the south, Tanzhesi Town in the west, and has an exclave north of Tanzhesi Town.
