Meir Max Bineth
Meir Max Bineth (Max Bennett; 27 June 1917 – 21 December 1954) was a lieutenant colonel in the Israeli Intelligence. Biography Bineth was born in Szombathely, Hungary, and was the grandson of the scholar Jacob Obermeyer. He grew up in Cologne from 1919 until 1935, when he and his parents left Nazi Germany and immigrated to Palestine. Bineth's last duty and mission was as an Israeli intelligence spy (Secret Fighter) in Egypt from 1952 until the end of 1954. He was sent there undercover as a German businessman representing various German firms, primarily "von Laufenberg", a firm manufacturing equipment for the disabled. He was the first Israeli intelligence agent sent to an enemy country under a German identity, and was likely partly selected due to his early years in Germany. Mount Herzl
Mount Herzl ( ''Har Hertsl''), also ''Har ha-Zikaron'' ( lit. "Mount of Remembrance"), is the site of Israel's national cemetery and other memorial and educational facilities, found on the west side of Jerusalem beside the Jerusalem Forest. It is named after Theodor Herzl, the founder of modern Zionism. Herzl's tomb lies at the top of the hill. Yad Vashem, which commemorates the Holocaust, lies to the west of Mt. Herzl. Suicide
Suicide is the act of intentionally causing one's own death. Risk factors for suicide include mental disorders, physical disorders, and substance abuse. Marcelle Ninio
Victorine Marcelle Ninio (5 November 1929 – 23 October 2019) was an Egyptian secretary and an Israeli spy who became involved in what was known as the Lavon affair. She served time in an Egyptian jail before she was released and she went to live in Israel. Life Ninio was born in Cairo in 1929. Her father Ya’acov was Bulgarian and her mother, Fanny, was Turkish. Her father died when she was young and she went to both Catholic and Jewish schools. Ninio joined a Jewish club, but she was more interested in basketball than in Zionism and she was a candidate to join Egypt's Olympic squad. Ninio was recruited to act as a liaison for an Israeli spy cell in 1951. She was the only woman and her colleagues noted how unafraid she was, although it is not clear that she was aware of the dangers involved in her activities. False Flag
A false flag operation is an act committed with the intent of disguising the actual source of responsibility and pinning blame on another party. The term "false flag" originated in the 16th century as an expression meaning an intentional misrepresentation of someone's allegiance. The term was originally used to describe a ruse de guerre, ruse in naval warfare whereby a vessel flew the flag of a neutral or enemy country to hide its true identity. The tactic was initially used by piracy, pirates and privateers to deceive other ships into allowing them to move closer before attacking them.
