Megan Louise Crowson (born 13 June 1996) is field hockey player from England, who plays as a forward. Personal life Megan Crowson has a degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Exeter. Career Under–18 Crowson debuted for the England women's national under-18 field hockey team, England U–18 team in 2013 at the 2013 Girls' EuroHockey Youth Championships, EuroHockey Youth Championship in Dublin, Ireland, Dublin. At the tournament she captained the side to a bronze medal, scoring four times during the tournament. In 2014, Crowson also represented the team in test matches against Belgium women's national under-18 field hockey team, Belgium and Scotland women's national under-18 field hockey team, Scotland. Hatfield, Hertfordshire
Hatfield is a town and civil parish in Hertfordshire, England, in the borough of Welwyn Hatfield. It had a population of 29,616 in 2001, 39,201 at the 2011 census, and 41,265 at the 2021 census. The England women's national field hockey team are the current Commonwealth Games champions having previously won silver 3 times. England have also won the 2006 Women's Field Hockey World Cup Qualifier and the 2002 Champions Challenge. History Marjorie Pollard played hockey nearly every year for England from 1921 to 1937. The team toured New Zealand in 1938 and the US in 1947. Notable players were Barbara and Bridget West, Hilda Light and Mary Russell Vick.
