Medellín is a municipality in the Mexican state of Veracruz. The municipal seat is the town of Medellín. Geography The municipality is located in the central zone of the state, about 100 km from the state capital Xalapa. It has a surface of 398.2 km2. The municipality of Medellín is delimited to the north by Veracruz, to the north-east by Boca del Río, to the east by Alvarado, to the south by Tlalixcoyan and to the west by Jamapa. The weather in Medellín is warm all year with rains in summer and autumn. Demographics As 2020, Medellín Municipality had a population of 95,202, with over 155 localities. However only 3% lives in the municipal seat (2,820 hab.). The biggest localities as 2020 are Puente Moreno (34,913 hab.), El Tejar (11,144 hab.), Arboledas San Ramón (8,894 hab.), Paso del Toro (5,787 hab.) and Arboledas San Miguel (4,159 hab.). Mango

Beans

Maize

Jamapa
Jamapa is a municipality in the Mexican state of Veracruz which stands on Federal Highway 137. Its name comes from Nahuatl Xam-a-pan, meaning 'in the river of the adobes'. The municipality was established on 17 February 1870. It had a population 11,132 in 2020. Alvarado is a municipality in the Mexican state of Veracruz. The municipality is part of the state's Papaloapan Region and its municipal seat is established at the homonymous city of Alvarado. History In 1816, the citizens of the village of San Cristóbal de Alvarado sought the designation of ''Town'' from Ferdinand VII, King of Spain. The King granted the village the title of Town on 8 September 1816 by Royal Decree, at a cost of 92,800 maravedís. Almost two years later, on 5 September 1818, Ferdinand VII authorized the first Honorable ''Ayuntamiento'' or city council. Boca Del Río, Veracruz
Boca del Río is a city and municipality located in the center of the Mexican state of Veracruz. The small city of Boca del Río serves as the seat of the municipality.
