Md. Iqbal Kabir, also known as Md Iqbal Kabir Lytton, is a judge on the High Court Division of the Bangladesh Supreme Court. Early life Kabir was born on 10 November 1967. He completed his master's degree in law from the University of Dhaka. Career Kabir became a lawyer of the district courts on 10 May 1992. On 24 January 1995, Kabir became a lawyer of the High Court Division of the Bangladesh Supreme Court. Kabir was appointed an additional judge of the High Court Division of the Bangladesh Supreme Court on 12 February 2015. On 9 June Kabir and Justice Naima Haider ordered the Bangladesh Police to take secretary general of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, who was in police custody, to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University following a petition filed by Fakhrul's wife. Mustafa Zaman Islam is a justice of the High Court Division of the Bangladesh Supreme Court. Early life Islam was born on 10 February 1968. He did his undergraduate and graduate studies in law. Career Islam started his legal practice on 19 May 1991 in the District Courts. On 13 March 1993, Islam became a lawyer in the High Court Division. He participated in the 1996 SAARC law conference. Qazi Anwar Hussain (19 July 1936 – 19 January 2022) was a Bangladeshi writer of spy thrillers, detective novels, and adventure-based literature, many of which were adaptations or heavily influenced by foreign works. Early life and education Qazi Shamsuddin Anwar Hussain was born on 19 July 1936 to Qazi Motahar Hossain, a scientist and writer. His sisters included the singers Sanjida Khatun and Fahmida Khatun. He matriculated from St. Gregory's School in 1952. He studied Bengali literature and language, earning a bachelor's degree from Jagannath College, and a master's degree from the University of Dhaka in 1981. Masud Rana is a fictional character created in 1966 by the writer Qazi Anwar Hussain, who featured him in 472 books (325 novels and 6 short stories). Qazi Anwar Hussain created the adult spy-thriller series Masud Rana, at first modeled after James Bond, but expanded widely. So far 472 books have been published in this series which has gained a lot of popularity in Bangladesh. Written from the 1960s and continuing to present day, books are published almost every three months by Sheba Prokashoni, one of the most popular publishing houses of Bangladesh.
