Mcfly
McFly are a British pop rock band formed in London in 2003. The band took their name from the ''Back to the Future (franchise), Back to the Future'' character Marty McFly. The band consists of Tom Fletcher (lead vocals, guitar, and piano), Danny Jones (lead vocals, harmonica, and guitar), Dougie Poynter (bass guitar, vocals) and Harry Judd (drums). They were signed to Island Records from their 2004 launch until December 2007, before creating their own label, Super Records. McFly rose to fame after fellow band Busted (band), Busted, with whom they later formed McBusted, helped launch them by inviting them to tour in 2004. In 2005, they won the Brit Award for Best British Pop Act. Marty McFly
Marty McFly is a fictional character and the protagonist of the Back to the Future (franchise), ''Back to the Future'' franchise. He is a high school student living in the fictional town of Hill Valley (Back to the Future), Hill Valley, California, who accidentally becomes a time traveler and alters history after his scientist friend Emmett Brown invents a DeLorean time machine. He was created by Robert Zemeckis and Bob Gale. In the film trilogy, he is portrayed by Canadian actor Michael J. Fox. ''Above the Noise'' is the fifth studio album from English pop rock band McFly. The album was released on 15 November 2010. The album spawned three singles: " Party Girl", which was released on 6 September; " Shine a Light", which was released on 8 November; and " That's the Truth", which was released on 6 March 2011. The album's title, taken from a line in "Shine a Light", was revealed when it was made available to pre-order from the HMV website. The band made the album available to download to members of their new official website, SuperCity. He is one of the lead vocalists and rhythm guitarist of British pop rock band McFly, in addition to being the group's founder. McBusted
McBusted were an English pop-punk Supergroup (music), supergroup composed of members from bands McFly (Tom Fletcher, Danny Jones, Dougie Poynter, and Harry Judd) and Busted (band), Busted (James Bourne and Matt Willis). The only member of the original groups not participating in the new lineup was former Busted guitarist and vocalist Charlie Simpson, who instead opted to focus on his solo career and his rock band Fightstar. Having previously appeared as special guests during McFly's tenth-anniversary concerts at the Royal Albert Hall, it was announced on 11 November 2013 that former Busted members Bourne and Willis would join McFly to form the six-piece supergroup "McBusted" and go on an arena tour in April and May 2014. Harry Judd
Harry Mark Christopher Judd (born 23 December 1985) is an English musician who is the drummer for the rock band McFly. Early life and education Judd was born in Chelmsford, Essex in southern England, the youngest of three children. He is the son of Emma and Christopher Judd. He was educated at Old Buckenham Hall, a preparatory school in the village of Brettenham, Suffolk, at Dame Bradbury's School, a preparatory school in Saffron Walden, Essex, and at Uppingham School, a private boarding school in Uppingham, Rutland. While at Uppingham, Judd was a contemporary of future Busted member Charlie Simpson and a member of Fircroft house. He was a promising batsman but gave up cricket to pursue a career in music. Super Records Ltd. is a British independent record label, owned and operated by the English band McFly. Formation McFly's debut album was released on Island Records in 2004. '' Room on the 3rd Floor'' went to number one, making them the youngest UK group to do so since The Beatles. However, after an issue involving creative differences, McFly parted ways with Island Records and set up their own label, Super Records Ltd.
