Mayaponman
Mayaponman () is a 1997 Indian Malayalam-language film directed by Thulasidas. It had Dileep, Kalabhavan Mani and Mohini. The film was produced by V. V. Antony, P. A. Velayudhan and P. C. Ealias under the banner of King Star Productions and was distributed by Seven Star Release. The story, script and dialogues were by J. Pallassery. The plot is loosely based on the 1987 American romantic comedy film '' Overboard''. Overboard (1987 Film)
''Overboard'' is a 1987 American romantic comedy film directed by Garry Marshall, written by Leslie Dixon, starring Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, and executive produced by Roddy McDowall, who also co-stars alongside Edward Herrmann and Katherine Helmond. The film follows a demeaning, wealthy socialite who suffers from amnesia after falling from her yacht while vacationing on the Oregon Coast, only to be taken in by a working-class carpenter whom she had mistreated. Kunnisseri Veettil Raman Mani (1 January 1971 – 6 March 2016), better known by his stage name Kalabhavan Mani, was an Indian actor and singer. Mani started his career as a Impersonator, mimicry artist with the Kalabhavan comedy troupe. Mohan Sithara (born 30 May 1959) is an Indian music composer. He received the Kerala State Film Award for the Best Music Director (2009) for the songs in Priyanandan's ''Soofi Paranja Kadha''. Kanakalatha (24 August 1960 – 6 May 2024) was an Indian actress who worked predominantly in the Malayalam cinema. Personal life and death Kanakalatha was born to parents Parameshwaran Pillai and Chinnamma at Kollam, Kerala. She attended the Government Girls School, Kollam. Before becoming a cine actress she was a theatre artist. She was divorced. Kanakalatha later suffered from dementia. She died from complications of the disease on 6 May 2024, at the age of 63. Shivaji (12 May 1957 - 30 September 2004) was an Indian actor, most popular for his Malayalam films during the 1980s and 1990s. He mainly did villain roles. Background Shivaji was born at Sankaramangalam Pattambi, Palakkad as the fourth child of (both late) Dr. A.K.
