May 2016 Dürümlü Bombing
The May 2016 Dürümlü bombing (also known as Dürümlü massacre in Turkey) was a truck bombing that took place in Dürümlü hamlet in Diyarbakir's Sur, Diyarbakır, Sur district, Turkey on 12 May 2016 at approximately 22:30 local time. As a result of the attack 16 villagers were killed and 23 villagers were wounded. The People's Defence Forces (HPG), the military wing of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), accepted that the truck was driven by members of the HPG, but the HPG also claimed that the explosives should have detonated elsewhere and that the truck only detonated as villagers opened fire on the truck. May 2016 Crimes In Asia
May is the fifth month of the year in the Julian and Gregorian calendars. Its length is 31 days. May is a month of spring in the Northern Hemisphere, and autumn in the Southern Hemisphere. Therefore, May in the Southern Hemisphere is the seasonal equivalent of November in the Northern Hemisphere and vice versa. Late May typically marks the start of the summer vacation season in the United States (Memorial Day) and Canada (Victoria Day) that ends on Labor Day, the first Monday of September. May (in Latin, ''Maius'') was named for the Greek goddess Maia, who was identified with the Roman era goddess of fertility, Bona Dea, whose festival was held in May. Conversely, the Roman poet Ovid provides a second etymology, in which he says that the month of May is named for the ''maiores,'' Latin for "elders", and that the following month (June) is named for the ''iuniores,'' or "young people" (''Fasti VI.88''). Eta Aquariids meteor shower appears in May. It is visible from about A ...

Mass Murder In Diyarbakır
Mass is an intrinsic property of a body. It was traditionally believed to be related to the quantity of matter in a body, until the discovery of the atom and particle physics. It was found that different atoms and different elementary particles, theoretically with the same amount of matter, have nonetheless different masses. Mass in modern physics has multiple definitions which are conceptually distinct, but physically equivalent. Mass can be experimentally defined as a measure of the body's inertia, meaning the resistance to acceleration (change of velocity) when a net force is applied. The object's mass also determines the strength of its gravitational attraction to other bodies. The SI base unit of mass is the kilogram (kg). In physics, mass is not the same as weight, even though mass is often determined by measuring the object's weight using a spring scale, rather than balance scale comparing it directly with known masses. An object on the Moon would weigh less than it d ...
