Maxime Sauvé
Maxime Sauvé (born January 30, 1990) is a France, French-born Canadians, Canadian former professional ice hockey player. He was selected by the Boston Bruins in the 2nd round (47th overall) of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft and played one game in the National Hockey League for the Bruins during the 2011–12 NHL season, 2011–12 season. Early life Sauvé was born in Tours, France, but grew up in Boisbriand, Quebec. As a youth, he played in the 2003 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament with a minor ice hockey team from the Mille-Îles area of Laval, Quebec. Sauve is the son of former NHL player Jean-François Sauvé, nephew of Bob Sauve and the cousin of Philippe Sauvé. Providence Bruins
The Providence Bruins are a professional ice hockey team based in Providence, Rhode Island. They are the American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate of the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League (NHL). They play at the Amica Mutual Pavilion. The Norfolk Admirals were a professional ice hockey team based in Norfolk, Virginia, that competed in the American Hockey League (AHL). The team played its home games at Norfolk Scope. Rob Flick
Rob Flick (born March 28, 1991) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey centre. Flick was selected by the Chicago Blackhawks in the 4th round (120th overall) of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career Flick played three seasons (2008–2011) of major junior hockey in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) with the Mississauga St. Michael's Majors where he scored 46 goals and 53 assists in 181 games played. In 2010 and 2011 Flick led the Mississauga team with 157 and 167 penalty minutes, respectively. Flick made his professional debut in the American Hockey League with the Rockford Ice Hogs on October 8, 2011. On April 3, 2013, the Chicago Blackhawks traded Flick to the Boston Bruins in exchange for Maxime Sauvé. He was immediately assigned to the Bruins namesake AHL affiliate in Providence. Stéphane Da Costa (born 11 July 1989) is a French professional ice hockey player who is currently playing for Avtomobilist Yekaterinburg of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). Born in France, Da Costa moved to the United States as a junior to develop as a player. After junior, Da Costa moved on to NCAA collegiate hockey, playing two seasons with Merrimack College. He then signed as a free agent with the National Hockey League (NHL)'s Ottawa Senators in 2011, and played three seasons in the organization, including 47 games with Ottawa. Philippe Bozon
Philippe Bozon (born November 30, 1966) is a French former professional ice hockey player who played for the St. Louis Blues in the National Hockey League (NHL) between the 1991–92 and 1994-95 seasons. He is the first of only seven French-born and trained players to appear in the NHL, the other six being Cristobal Huet, Stéphane Da Costa, Antoine Roussel, Pierre-Édouard Bellemare, Yohann Auvitu, and Alexandre Texier. Cristobal Huet
Cristobal Huet (; born September 3, 1975) is a French former professional ice hockey goaltender who is a goaltender coach for Lausanne HC of the National League (NL). He previously played for HC Lugano and HC Fribourg-Gottéron and within the Chicago Blackhawks, Los Angeles Kings, Montreal Canadiens, and Washington Capitals organizations in the National Hockey League (NHL). He is the first French netminder and second French-trained player overall (after Philippe Bozon) to play in the NHL. Antoine Roussel
Antoine Roussel (born 21 November 1989) is a French former professional ice hockey left winger. He most recently played for the Arizona Coyotes of the National Hockey League (NHL). Born in France, Roussel first played hockey there before moving to Quebec at the age of 16. After four years in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL), he turned professional and played in the American Hockey League (AHL) and ECHL, minor leagues in North America.
