Maxime Hérold (born 9 September 1989) is a French professional rugby league footballer who plays as a or for the Limoux Grizzlies in the Elite One Championship. He is a France international. Playing career In 2014 he signed for the London Broncos in the Super League, after an initial four-week trial. In 2014 Hérold returned to France and re-joined Limoux Grizzlies in the Elite Championship. Limoux Grizzlies
XIII Limouxin, also known as Limoux Grizzlies, are a semi-professional rugby league club from the town of Limoux in the Aude area in southern France. They play in the Super XIII. The club was formed in 1951. They have won the French rugby league championship four times and Lord Derby Cup on two occasions. The Stade de l'Aiguille is their home stadium. History On 22 October 1951 after a disagreement with the French rugby union the club switched codes and under the name Sporting Club Limoux XIII they entered the amateur Federal League. In the 1955–56 season they won the cup and were runners-up in the league. The London Broncos are a professional rugby league club based in Wimbledon, London, Wimbledon, England. Super XIII is the top level rugby league competition in France, sanctioned by the French Rugby League Federation.
