Maverick Weller
Maverick Weller (born 13 February 1992) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for the Gold Coast Suns, St Kilda Football Club and Richmond Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). He currently plays and coaches for the Penguin Football Club in the North West Football League (NWFL). Career Gold Coast (2011–2013) Weller was pre-signed to the expansion club as a 17-year-old, after playing junior football at Burnie Dockers Football Club, Burnie in the Tasmanian State League. He spent 2010 playing for Gold Coast Suns, Gold Coast in the Victorian Football League, VFL one year prior to their Australian Football League, AFL entry. Burnie Dockers Football Club
Burnie Dockers Football Club is an Australian rules football club in Burnie Tasmania, Australia. The club currently competes in the North West Football League (NWFL). Club history The Burnie Dockers were formed as a result of a merger between former Tasmanian Football League, TFL Statewide League club Burnie Hawks Football Club, Burnie Hawks (formerly known as Cooee) and NTFL club the Burnie Tigers. Jack Newnes
Jack Newnes (6 June 1895 – 3 February 1969) was a Welsh professional footballer who played as a half-back. He played amateur football while working as a collier and a steel worker prior to entering professional football with Bolton Wanderers in 1922.
