Matthew Kelly
Matthew Kelly (born David Allan Kelly, 9 May 1950) is an English actor and presenter. Having been trained as a theatre actor, he first came to public prominence as a television presenter of ITV light entertainment shows such as '' Game for a Laugh'', '' You Bet!'' and '' Stars in Their Eyes''. In the 2000s he returned to acting, appearing in several West End productions, while also acting in some television roles. Early life Kelly was born in Urmston, Lancashire. As a child, he lived on Primrose Avenue in the town and became interested in acting when at the Urmston Musical Theatre, most notably playing the role of Louis in a production of ''The King and I'' in 1963. Davyhulme is an area of Greater Manchester, England, historically in Lancashire. The population at the 2011 census was 19,634. Davyhulme Sewage Works The area is notable for Davyhulme Sewage Works, one of the largest wastewater treatment plants in Europe. Urmston Grammar (known as Urmston Grammar School until September 2010), is a co-educational grammar school in Urmston, Greater Manchester, England. It is an academy located within the Trafford Local Authority area, though not controlled by it. Lennie Bennett
Michael Berry (26 September 1938 – 8 April 2009), known professionally as Lennie Bennett, was an English comedian and game show host. After attending the Palatine Secondary School in Blackpool, Bennett became a journalist for the '' West Lancashire Evening Gazette'' before becoming a professional hypnotist and appearing on the BBC light entertainment programme '' The Good Old Days'' in 1969. He starred with Jerry Stevens in the ''Lennie and Jerry Show'', which ran from 1978 to 1980. Bennett was also the host of '' Punchlines'' and '' Lucky Ladders'' in the 1980s. He also performed in twelve Royal Variety Shows, and had a brief stint as a chat show host on London Weekend Television in 1982, before working as a speaker on the after-dinner circuit. ''Punchlines'' was a comedy panel game show that aired on ITV from 3 January 1981 to 22 December 1984 and was hosted by Lennie Bennett. The show itself was based on a failed 1979 American game show pilot of the same name hosted by Bill Cullen, which in turn, was an attempted reboot of another American game show from 1966-69 called ''Eye Guess''. The Workers Revolutionary Party is a Trotskyist group in Britain once led by Gerry Healy. In the mid-1980s, it split into several smaller groups, one of which retains possession of the name. The Club The WRP grew out of the faction Gerry Healy and John Lawrence led in the Revolutionary Communist Party which urged that the RCP pursue entryist tactics in the Labour Party. This policy was also urged on the RCP by the leadership of the Fourth International. When the majority in the RCP rejected the policy in 1947, Healy's faction was granted the right to split from the RCP and work within the Labour Party as a separate body known internally as The Club. The Everyman Theatre stands at the north end of Hope Street, Liverpool, Merseyside, England. It was founded in 1964, in Hope Hall (once a chapel, then a cinema), in an area of Liverpool noted for its bohemian environment and political edge, and quickly built a reputation for ground-breaking work. Rhyl (; cy, Y Rhyl, ) is a seaside town and community in Denbighshire, Wales. Peter William Postlethwaite, (7 February 1946 – 2 January 2011) was an English character actor.
