Club career Příbram Matousek made his league debut in 1. FK Příbram, Příbram's Czech National Football League 2–3 home loss against FC Sellier & Bellot Vlašim, Vlašim on 12 August 2017. Josef Matoušek (13 January 1906 – 17 November 1939) was a Czechoslovak historian. He was one of nine people executed by the Nazis for participating in the funeral of the student Jan Opletal. Biography Matoušek was born on 13 January 1906 in Hořice. He studied under Josef Šusta. His research focused on two periods: the Reformation and early Counter-Reformation, and modern history. He wrote a book, ''The Turkish War in European Politics in the Years 1592–94''. He also published on Karel Sladkovksý, a 19th-century Czech politician. Josef Matoušek (7 September 1928 – 11 May 2019) was a Czechoslovak track and field athlete known primarily for the hammer throw. Life and career He was born in Žampach in Czechoslovakia. He represented his native country at the Athletics at the 1964 Summer Olympics finishing ninth. At the time he made it to the Olympics, he was 36 years old. A year before the Olympics, he threw his personal best of 68.78 m, and later that season after his 35th birthday he threw 66.82 m which became the Masters M35 world record. Had he been able to put together another 68 meter throw in the Olympics it would have made a bronze medal. He also competed at the 1962 European Athletics Championships. Bohuslav Matoušek (born in Havlíčkův Brod, 26 September 1949) is a Czech violinist and violist. At present he is a lecturer at the Academy of Music in Prague and JAMU. He studied in the classes of Jaroslav Pekelský and Václav Snítil at Prague's Academy of Music. He has cooperated with Kurt Masur, Zubin Mehta, Leonard Bernstein, Jaroslav Tůma, Czech Philharmonic, Bohuslav Martinu Philharmonic Orchestra, Barocco sempre giovane etc. In 1985 he co-founded and performed as the primarius of the Stamic Quartet.
