Jonas Martin Frost III (born January 1, 1942) is an American politician, who was the Democratic Party (United States), Democratic representative to the United States House of Representatives, U.S. House of Representatives for Texas's 24th congressional district from 1979 to 2005. Frost Bros. was a high-fashion retail chain based in San Antonio, Texas. The retailer opened its first store in 1917 at 217 E. Houston Street in Downtown San Antonio.
