Marian Zieliński
Marian Zieliński (24 December 1929 – 13 October 2005) was a Polish weightlifter. He competed at the 1956, 1960, 1964 and 1968 Olympics and won bronze medals in 1956, 1964 and 1968, placing fourth in 1960. He held the world and European titles in 1959 and 1963. Chełm
Chełm (; ; ) is a city in eastern Poland in the Lublin Voivodeship with 60,231 inhabitants as of December 2021. It is located to the south-east of Lublin, north of Zamość and south of Biała Podlaska, some from the border with Ukraine. The clean and jerk is a composite of two weightlifting movements, most often performed with a barbell: the clean and the jerk. During the ''clean'', the lifter moves the barbell from the floor to a racked position across the deltoids, without resting fully on the clavicles.
