Maria Holbură
Maria Larisa Holbură (born 16 September 2000) is a former Romanian Artistic gymnastics, artistic gymnast. She represented Romania at the 2020 Summer Olympics and at the 2018 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships, 2018 and 2019 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships, 2019 World Championships. Personal life Maria Holbură was born on 16 September 2000 in Constanța. Her father, Ioan Holbură, is a former wrestler. She began gymnastics at the age of five after a coach, Sorin Bechir, held a gymnastics audition in her kindergarten class. She left her home at age twelve to train in Deva, Romania, Deva. Holbură spends her free time painting. On painting, she stated, "I like it very much, sometimes I come upset from training because I didn't get anything, but when I get to the room I start painting and I pass. The Gymnasiade, or World Gymnasiade, or World School Sport Games, or ISF World School Sport Games is an international multi-sport event which is organised by the International School Sport Federation (ISF). It is the largest event among many other sport events held by the ISF. Aligned with the philosophy of the organisation, only individuals between the ages of 13 and 18 are eligible to compete. 2016 European Women's Artistic Gymnastics Championships
The 31st European Championships in Women's Artistic Gymnastics Seniors and Juniors was held from 1 to 5 June 2016, at the PostFinance-Arena in Bern, Switzerland. It was the first time the city had hosted a major female international competition (it hosted the 1975 Men's European Gymnastics Championships), and was the first time Switzerland hosted the competition in the country. Balance Beam
The balance beam is a rectangular artistic gymnastics apparatus and an event performed using the apparatus. The apparatus and the event are sometimes simply called "beam". The English abbreviation for the event in gymnastics scoring is BB. The balance beam is performed competitively only by female gymnasts. Uneven Bars
The uneven bars or asymmetric bars is an artistic gymnastics apparatus. It is made of a steel frame. The bars are made of fiberglass with wood coating, or less commonly wood. The English abbreviation for the event in gymnastics scoring is UB or AB, and the apparatus and event are often referred to simply as "bars". The bars are placed at different heights and widths, allowing the gymnast to transition from bar to bar. A gymnast usually adds white chalk to the hands so that they can grip the bar better. Silvia Andreea Zarzu (born 16 December 1998) is a retired Romanian artistic gymnast. She was part of the Romanian team that won the gold medal in the team event at the 2014 European Championships and placed fourth at the 2014 World Championships. Junior career Zarzu competed with Andreea Munteanu, Miriam Aribășoiu, Ștefania Stănilă, and Paula Tudorache at the 2012 European Junior Championships, and they won the bronze medal. Cătălina Ponor (; born 20 August 1987) is a Romanian former Artistic gymnastics, artistic gymnast who competed at three Summer Olympic Games: 2004 Summer Olympics, 2004, 2012 Summer Olympics, 2012, and 2016 Summer Olympics, 2016. She was part of her country's team at the 2014 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships, competing in the team event where Romania placed fourth.
