Margrét Lára Viðarsdóttir
Margrét Lára Viðarsdóttir (born 25 July 1986) is an Icelandic former association football, footballer who played as a striker (association football), striker. She is the all-time top goalscorer of the Iceland women's national football team, Iceland national team and competed for her country at the UEFA Women's Championships in UEFA Women's Euro 2009, 2009 and UEFA Women's Euro 2013, 2013. In a club career sometimes disrupted by injury, Margrét Lára represented ÍBV women's football, ÍBV and Valur women's football, Valur of the Icelandic Úrvalsdeild (women), Úrvalsdeild, FCR Duisburg, Duisburg and Turbine Potsdam of the Frauen-Bundesliga, and Linköpings FC, Linköpings and Kristianstads DFF of the Damallsvenskan. Vestmannaeyjar
Vestmannaeyjar (, sometimes anglicized as Westman Islands) is a municipality and archipelago off the south coast of Iceland. The largest island, Heimaey, has a population of 4,414, most of whom live in the archipelago's main town, Vestmannaeyjabær. The other islands are uninhabited, although six have single hunting cabins. Vestmannaeyjar came to international attention in 1973 with the eruption of Eldfell volcano, which destroyed many buildings and forced a month-long evacuation of the entire population to mainland Iceland. Elísa Viðarsdóttir
Elísa Viðarsdóttir (born 26 May 1991) is an Icelandic footballer who plays as a defender in the Úrvalsdeild for Valur and the Iceland women's national football team. She is the younger sister of Margrét Lára Viðarsdóttir, Iceland's record goalscorer. Like Margrét Lára, she began her career with Úrvalsdeild club ÍBV. Club career She has played for ÍBV since 2007 with her first league match coming in 2008. Kristianstads DFF, the Swedish club where Margrét Lára was playing, gave a trial to Elísa before the start of their 2013 Damallsvenskan season. During Elísa's visit she played in a pre-season friendly but Kristianstads had no immediate plans to sign her to a contract. Eiður Smári Guðjohnsen (transliterated as Eidur Smari Gudjohnsen; born 15 September 1978) is an Icelandic professional football coach and former player who played as a forward. Eiður saw his greatest success in England and Spain with Chelsea and Barcelona respectively, where he won the UEFA Champions League and La Liga with the latter and the League Cup and Premiership twice with the former. Frauen DFB Pokal
The DFB-Pokal Frauen is the main national women's football cup competition in Germany, held annually by the German Football Association in knockout format. It was created in 1980, and since 1991 includes Eastern teams as well. The most recent champions are VfL Wolfsburg (ten consecutive titles), they also won the most titles with eleven. Since 1985 the final has been held in Berlin. This routine changed in 2010 when the DFB gave the final to the city of Cologne. It ever stayed in the city and was held at the RheinEnergieStadion.
