Marcão (handballer)
Marcos Paulo "Marcão" dos Santos (born 25 May 1976) is a Brazilian male handball player. He was a member of the Brazil men's national handball team, playing as a goalkeeper. He was a part of the team at the 2004 Summer Olympics. On club level he played for Metodista in Brazil. His brother Maik Ferreira dos Santos was also an international handball player who competed at the 2008 Summer Olympics. Pan American Men's Club Handball Championship
The Pan American Men's Club Handball Championship, organized by the Pan-American Team Handball Federation, was the official competition for men's handball clubs of Americas, and took place every year. In addition to crowning the Pan American champions, the tournament also served as a qualifying tournament for the IHF Super Globe. After 2018, with the division of the Pan-American Federation into North America and the Caribbean Handball Confederation and South and Central America Handball Confederation, the competition was ended.
