Marcelino Sánchez
Marcelino Sánchez (December 5, 1957 – November 21, 1986) was a Puerto Rican actor, known for playing the character Rembrandt in the 1979 film '' The Warriors''. Career Sánchez began acting in the late 1970s. His first major role was in the film '' The Warriors'' (1979), playing the character of Rembrandt, a young gang member with a flair for spray painting. He played Ricardo on ''The Bloodhound Gang'' mystery vignettes featured on the 1980s children's educational television show ''3-2-1 Contact''. He also appeared on the TV series ''CHiPs'' and ''Hill Street Blues'', as well as in the feature film ''48 Hrs.'' (1982). ''The Warriors'' is a 1979 American action thriller film directed by Walter Hill from a screenplay by Hill and David Shaber and based on the 1965 novel of the same name by Sol Yurick. ''CHiPs'' is an American crime drama television series created by Rick Rosner and originally aired on NBC from September 15, 1977, to May 1, 1983. After the final first-run telecast on NBC in May 1983, the series went into reruns on Sundays from May 8 to July 17, 1983. It follows the lives of two motorcycle officers of the California Highway Patrol (CHP). The series ran for 139 episodes over six seasons, plus one reunion television film in October 1998.
