Marcel Desailly
Marcel David Desailly (; 7 September 1968) is a French former professional Association football, footballer, who played as a centre-back or defensive midfielder. During a successful career at club level, lasting from 1986 to 2006, Desailly won several titles, including UEFA Champions League medals with both Olympique de Marseille, Marseille and AC Milan, and also played for FC Nantes, Nantes and Chelsea F.C., Chelsea, among other teams. At international level, he collected 116 caps between 1993 and 2004, scoring three goals, and was a member of the France national football team, France international squads that won the 1998 FIFA World Cup, 1998 World Cup and UEFA Euro 2000, Euro 2000. 2001 FIFA Confederations Cup
The 2001 FIFA Confederations Cup was the fifth FIFA Confederations Cup and the third to be organized by FIFA. It was also the first in which the original hosts, Saudi Arabia national football team, Saudi Arabia, did not participate (they were the nation who founded the tournament, previously known as the King Fahd Cup). Seth Adonkor (30 October 1961 – 18 November 1984) was a professional association football, footballer who played as a midfielder. Born in Ghana, he held both French and Ghanaian citizenship.
