Mamadou Kané (born 22 January 1997) is a Guinean professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Auda, on loan from Pafos. Club career Neftçi Kané began his career with Gangan before signing with Azerbaijan Premier League side Neftçi on 1 January 2019. He made his professional debut with Neftçi in a 1–0 league win over Qarabağ FK on 3 February 2019. Kané was named the player of the year in Azerbaijan by the famous Ghanaian football player Michael Essien in the 2019–20 season with his successful performance in Neftçi. Olympiacos On 28 August 2021, Olympiacos officially announced Mamadou Kané for a transfer fee in the range of €300,000, who signed a five-year contract with the Greek giants. Michael Essien
Michael Kojo Essien (born 3 December 1982) is a Ghanaian Association football, football coach and former player who is currently an assistant coach at Danish Superliga club FC Nordsjælland, Nordsjælland. During his prime he was regarded as one of the best midfielders in the world. A midfielder, Essien started his career playing for Liberty Professionals F.C., Liberty Professionals in Ghana. In 2000, he moved to France to join SC Bastia, Bastia, where he would spend three seasons and appear in over 60 matches before joining Ligue 1 title holders Olympique Lyonnais, Lyon in 2003. At Lyon, Essien won back-to-back league titles in 2003–04 Ligue 1, 2003–04 and 2004–05 Ligue 1, 2004–05, and won Trophées UNFP du football#Player of the Year, Ligue 1 Player of the Year in 2005. The 2021–22 Super League 2, known as Super League 2 betsson for sponsorship reasons, is the third season of the Super League 2, the second-tier Greek professional league for association football clubs, since the restructuring of the Greek football league system. The season started on 6 November 2021 and ended in May 2022. The league will be conducted of 34 teams and two groups, this is due to the restructure and abolishment of the Football League. The league will also see the introduction of B Teams by Olympiacos, PAOK, AEK Athens and Panathinaikos. B Teams are ineligible for promotion and relegation.
