Cliff Mallam
Heathcote Clifford Mallam (4 December 1909 – 18 February 2006) was an Australian politician and a member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly between 1953 and 1968 and between 1971 and 1981. He was a member of the Labor Party (ALP). Early life Mallam was born at Backwater near Glen Innes, New South Wales and was the son of a farmer. He was educated to elementary level at numerous state schools in the North Coast region of New South Wales. At the age of 12 he left school and worked on dairy farms, he was also employed as a shearer, drover, storekeeper and bus driver. Julia Mallam (born 1 August 1982) is an English actress. She is best known for the roles of Dawn Woods in the ITV soap opera ''Emmerdale'' and Tracy Trickster in the CITV series '' Captain Mack''. Career Mallam made her professional acting debut in 2001 as Jane Greenwood in ''Peak Practice''. Mallam is a town in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. It is located on the main Kaneshie - Winneba Highway, a peri-urban town in the Weija-Gbawe Municipal Assembly of the Greater Accra region of Ghana. The town, in recent years, has seen a lot of slow but steady developments under different governments in the country. Mallam experiences a five-month dry season lasting from November through March. During the dry season, the northeast trade winds are prominent. The dry season is followed by a seven-month rainy season that lasts from April through October. During this rainy season, the southwest monsoon winds are most common. The rainy season is usually characterized by flooding, low crop yield, and financial strain on the locals of the area.
