Mai Đức Chung
Mai Đức Chung (born 21 June 1951) is a Vietnamese former football player and coach, currently serving as the manager of the Vietnam women's national football team. As of 2023, he is the oldest head coach of any national football team—men's or women's—at the FIFA World Cup. Playing career Mai Đức Chung was a versatile player who could play in multiple positions. His preferred positions were midfielder or striker, but when needed, he could also play as a defender. During his peak, he was nicknamed "Chung Athletics" due to his tireless running ability. Starting his career as a player, he received offers from prominent clubs of the time, such as Tổng cục Đường sắt and Công an Hà Nội. However, he chose to play for a lower-tier club, Xe ca Hà Nội, which is also the origin of his nickname, Chung "Xe ca." The 2008 Summer Olympics (), officially the Games of the XXIX Olympiad () and officially branded as Beijing 2008 (), were an international multisport event held from 8 to 24 August 2008, in Beijing, China. 2005 SEA Games
The 2005 Southeast Asian Games, officially known as the 23rd Southeast Asian Games, were a Southeast Asian multi-sport event held in Manila, Philippines. This was the third time the Philippines hosted the games and its first time since 1991. Previously, Philippines also staged the games for the first time in 1981. Around 5336 athletes from 11 participating nations participated at the games which featured 443 events in 40 sports. The games was held from 27 November to 5 December 2005, although several events had commenced from 20 November 2005. The games was opened and closed by Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, the President of the Philippines at the Quirino Grandstand, Rizal Park. The 2003 Southeast Asian Games (), officially known as the 22nd Southeast Asian Games, SEA Games 22 and also known as Vietnam 2003, were a Southeast Asian multi-sport event held from 5 to 13 December 2003 in Hanoi, Vietnam. This was the first time that Vietnam had staged the SEA Games, and it saw East Timor, which had just gained independence in 2002; although not being an ASEAN member and despite its geographical location closer to the Pacific archipelago than the Asian continent, making its debut at the games. Triệu Quang Hà (born 9 September 1975) is a Vietnamese football manager and former footballer who last managed Sài Gòn. Early life Triệu was born on 9 September 1975 in Vĩnh Lộc, Thanh Hóa, Vietnam. Lê Thụy Hải (1 January 1946 – 7 May 2021) was a Vietnamese association football, football player and manager. Playing career Lê Thụy Hải played for Tong Cuc Duong Sat, Tổng Cục Đường Sắt between 1965 and 1980, and also played for the Vietnam national football team, Vietnam national team. The 2009 V-League was the 26th season of Vietnam's national football league and the 9th as a professional league.. The league was held from February 7, 2009 to August 23, 2009.
