Mahamane Cissé (born 27 December 1993) is a professional footballer who plays for AS Otohô. Born in Mali, he plays for the Niger national team. International Cissé was born in Mali to a Malian father and Nigerien mother. He represented his country of birth at the 2013 African U-20 Championship in Algeria. However, later that year he opted to represent Niger internationally and made his debut for the Ménas on 7 September in a 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Congo, scoring a goal in the 2–2 draw. Ansongo
Ansongo is a rural commune and small town in the Gao Region of eastern Mali. The town lies on the left bank of the Niger River 90 km south of Gao. It is the administrative center for the surrounding Ansongo Cercle. The commune covers an area of 445 square kilometers and in the 2009 census had a population of 32,709.
