I Liga (basketball)
The I Liga (English: First League), officially known as the Bank Pekao S.A. I Liga due to its sponsorship by Bank Pekao, is the second-tier level league of basketball in Poland. It is organised by the Polish Basketball Association. Teams that win the championship have the option to be promotion and relegation, promoted to the first-tier level Polish Basketball League (PLK). The Polish Basketball Cup () is the annual top-tier level national domestic basketball cup competition for clubs in Poland. It is managed and organised by the Polish Basketball League (PLK). Oliver Miller
Oliver J. Miller (April 6, 1970 – March 12, 2025) was an American professional basketball player in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was nicknamed "the Big O" because of his large size ( and well over throughout his pro career). Miller played college basketball for the Arkansas Razorbacks and was selected by the Phoenix Suns in the 1992 NBA draft. Adam Wójcik (20 April 1970 – 26 August 2017) was a Polish professional basketball player. He was known as one of the all-time greats in Polish basketball. He is the second all-time leading scorer of the Polish Basketball League, since the year 1976, with 10,097 points scored.
