Little Canada (attraction)
Little Canada, previously known as Our Home and Miniature Land, is a tourist attraction located at The Tenor, near Yonge–Dundas Square in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It contains HO scale replicas of natural and man-made structures located throughout Canada, including Golden Horseshoe, Niagara Falls, Ontario, Niagara Falls, Ottawa, Quebec City, and Toronto. It opened on 5 August 2021. History Dutchman Jean-Louis Brenninkmeijer moved to Canada in 1999 for a two-year stint of specialty retail management training at Brenninkmeijer family, his family's company C&A Canadian stores. Clifton Hill, Niagara Falls
Clifton Hill is one of the major tourist promenades in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The street, close to Niagara Falls and the Niagara River, leads from River Road on the Niagara Parkway to intersect with Victoria Avenue, and contains a number of gift shops, wax museums, haunted houses, video arcades, restaurants, hotels and themed attractions. The Model Railroad Club Of Toronto
The Model Railroad Club of Toronto (MRCT) is an O scale model railroad club founded in 1938 by Harry Ebert and Borden Lilley. History Originally located in founder Ebert's basement, the MRCT soon moved to new premises at Toronto's Union Station. After World War II, the railways annexed the space the Club occupied and in January 1946, the Club moved to premises in the basement of 171 East Liberty Street in what is now part of Toronto's Liberty Village neighbourhood. Styrene
Styrene () is an organic compound with the chemical formula C6H5CH=CH2. This derivative of benzene is a colorless oily liquid, although aged samples can appear yellowish. Plywood is a material manufactured from thin layers or "plies" of wood veneer that are glued together with adjacent layers having their wood grain rotated up to 90 degrees to one another. Laser cutting is a technology that uses a laser to vaporize materials, resulting in a cut edge. While typically used for industrial manufacturing applications, it is now used by schools, small businesses, architecture, and hobbyists.
