Legacy (Marvel Comics)
Genis-Vell, also known as Legacy, Captain Marvel, and Photon, is a fictional superhero turned supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is depicted as the son of Mar-Vell of the extraterrestrial Kree Empire, who was the first character to be known as Captain Marvel in the Marvel Universe. Genis-Vell would become the third to carry the name. Publication history Genis-Vell first appeared in ''Silver Surfer'' vol. 3 Annual #6 (1993) using the codename of "Legacy." He appears in various Marvel titles in 1994 and 1995, primarily Silver Surfer and the ''Cosmic Powers'' miniseries. He starred in ''Captain Marvel'' vol. 3 by writer Fabian Nicieza and artist Ed Benes with an initial publication date of Dec. 1995. ChrisCross
Christopher Williams, who goes by ChrisCross, is a comic book illustrator, known mostly for his stints pencilling Milestone Comics' ''Blood Syndicate'' and ''Heroes'', Marvel Comics' '' Captain Marvel'' and '' Slingers'' and DC Comics' ''Firestorm''. Education and career Williams attended New York City's School of Visual Arts in the early 1990s. While doing so, he caught his big break doing work for the DC Comics imprint, Milestone Comics, which sought to publish a line of comics aimed at attracting a more multicultural audience. He has also worked on other series such as ''Firestorm'' and '' The Outsiders'' for DC comics. Fabian Nicieza
Fabian Nicieza (born December 31, 1961) is an Argentine-American comic book writer and editor who is best known for his work on Marvel titles such as ''X-Men'', ''X-Force'', ''New Warriors'', ''Nomad'', ''Cable'', ''Deadpool'' and '' Thunderbolts'', for all of which he helped create numerous characters, among them Deadpool, Domino, Shatterstar, and Silhouette. Early life Nicieza was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, the son of Omar and Irma Riguetti Nicieza. He was four years old when his family moved to the United States. Growing up in New Jersey, Nicieza learned to read and write from comic books. Thanos is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He was created by writer-artist Jim Starlin, and first appeared in '' The Invincible Iron Man'' #55 ( cover date February 1973). An Eternal– Deviant warlord from the moon Titan, Thanos is regarded as one of the most powerful beings in the Marvel Universe. In June 2020, Newsarama was merged with the website GamesRadar+, also owned by FutureUS.
