Lê Thị Phất Ngân (chữ Hán: 黎氏佛銀, 980s–after 1028) or Lê Phất Ngân (黎佛銀), formally Empress Lập Giáo () from 1016 to 1028 and Empress Dowager Linh Hiển () afterward, was a princess of the Former Lê dynasty who became an empress of the Lý dynasty. Her father Lê Hoàn, half-brothers Đinh Phế Đế, Lê Trung Tông (Early Lê dynasty), Lê Trung Tông, Lê Long Đĩnh, husband Lý Thái Tổ and son Lý Thái Tông were all Đại Cồ Việt emperors. Lý Thái Tổ ( vi-hantu, , 8 March 974 – 31 March 1028), personal name Lý Công Uẩn, temple name Thái Tổ, was a founding emperor of Lý dynasty and the 6th ruler of Đại Việt; he reigned from 1009 to 1028. Early years Lý Công Uẩn was born in Cổ Pháp village, Đình Bảng, Từ Sơn, Bắc Ninh Province in 974. The identity of his birth-father is unknown.
